There is a rock pathway leading to the large Granite Rock that leads to the water. High cedars separate the neighbors property.

Water is usually very calm and suitable for safe canoe trips. Large new canoe with oars and life jackets.
Playscape is along the western property line towards the front on the cottage. You can supervise the kids from the deck.

From the dock you have beautiful views from every angle. Being on the Peninsula you have the view of the other side. There are also many islands to look at.
This is the view from the dock looking west. You can see the shoreline from the end property that is 5 acres. There are only two cottages in that entire shoreline.
The playscape is at the front of the property. There is a big tree for shade at the front as well.
This photo is the view of the east. You can see the shoreline of the cottages east of us.
This is our three year old who can't get enough jumping off the dock fun. It is over 7 feet at the beginning of the season where he is jumping to. The southern part of the dock is even deeper for safe jumping.
The granite rock is the shoreline. You should wear water shoes. there are no weeds at all and no sand to sink into.

At the beginning of the season.
The water is so warm that even the baby doesn't mind being in it. The kids stay in the water for hours. They are able to get in and out by the ladder on the dock.
Double bed on bottom, single on top. Drawers for clothing under the bed.
Small room with bunk beds, single over double. Two storage boxes under the bed for clothing. Dresser and T.V. with VCR in bedroom.
Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, closet, storage box under the bed, ceiling fan, T.V, VCR and DVD.
Living Room towards bedrooms, walk out from LR. LR/DR and Kitchen combined. Electric fireplace, baseboard heaters, floor fans.
Washroom has a new vanity and toilet. Shower has been refinished. New window.
DR is off the Kitchen. The Kitchen has all full size appliances. Everything you would need including plastic and glass plates for children.
Combined LR/DR, queen size pull out couch infront of the electric fireplace.
Small hallway to bedrooms and washroom. Floor fan makes the air conditioning get from the Dining Room to the bedrooms.
Full size appliances, water cooler, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker and all items you are used to at a home.
Parking area behind cottage. There is another two car parking area on the opposite side of the road.
